It is fun to get fit and healthy especially when you are having fun . This time I am with my dearest brother and my cousin. I look forward of going to the gym everyday, if not at least 3 times a week. And what is good is that we look after each other's progress. hehehehe
my diet for today, Wednesday, 7 July

Breakfast
1 cup coffee and a bowl of cereal with low fat milk
Lunch
1 bowl of vegetables, 1 small-sized fish, 1 glass of water
Snack
1 cup of black coffee
Dinner
1 bowl of cereal with low fat milk, a fruit, fit and right juice drink
Glasses of water

try not to have too much coffee.... instead drink a lot of water... if possible 3 liters a day hehehe
