 light......

 Joined the Gawad Kalinga's 1st Fun Run/Walk here in our City.  Ran and walked alternately for 1 hour. hehehehe That was fun! :)  I get to help in my own little way then I get to exercise too. :) 

  my diet for today, Sunday, 11 July (Satisfactory)
  Breakfast 1 cup coffee and a bowl of cereals with fresh milk, 1 pc. boiled egg
  Lunch fresh watermelon juice and 1 cup fruit salad
  Snack quaker oatmeal cookies and 2 glasses of water
  Dinner 1 bowl of cereals and 2 glassseswater
  Glasses of water

hehehehe will also join again the Milo Marathon maybe in October. :) you should try joining one. it's fun :)

Congratulations on the Fun Run! Talo mo pa ako, I haven't joined one since it was required for my PE class 10 years ago. XD
