 1st day of meal plan........

 Had lunch with my fiance's parents.  It's so hard to choose what to eat but thank God, I made it. hehehehe  

Also it's the first day of my meal and exercise plan.  At first, I thought it was hard, but at the end of the day, I felt good following what to eat and I did not have hunger pangs in between. :) Hopeful that I will continue to do so until I reach my goal and even after it.  

I also had the chance to drop by the grocery store and told myself to finally buy healthy foods. :)  What's funny is that my fiance (being a doctor) keeps on checking the nutritional information of the foods we get. hehehe That's sweet. :)   The only problem is that it costs a little bit more than the usual foods I buy. But that's OK, if it means staying healthy and in shape. :)  

  my diet for today, Monday, 12 July (Satisfactory)
  Breakfast 1 bowl of Nestle cereal with low fat milk, I cup coffee with less sugar (according to the meal plan)
  Lunch 1 bowl of tuna Caesar's salad, water
  Snack 1 cup of black coffee and quaker oats cookie
  Dinner 1 small sized
  Glasses of water
