 During duties

 

  my diet for today, Friday, 16 July (Satisfactory)
  Breakfast 1 cup coffee and a bowl of cereals
  Lunch 1 cup smashed squash and 1 small sized fish, 2 glasses of water
  Snack quaker oats cookies, 1 glass water
  Dinner 1/4 cup rice, century bangus in veg. oil, 2 glasses water
  Glasses of water

Thanks vic. :) I love your pics too. :) My brother is a downhill biker, so I go with him and his friends. hehe Kaya lang I'm always the last to arrive sa meeting place, they're eating lunch na when I arrive. hehehehe Struggling ako sa uphill course. hay. but it's fun. :)
