monday is here again

 

i woke up early today.

at 5am, i am already prepared to get out of bed.

i havent ironed my hair for a while, so since i have plenty of time..ill make use of doing it.

happy to be early in the office like those days.

now, since its 9pm..my eyes starts to get hurt. i want to sleep now.

im feeling good because i get to spend time at home and do my afternoon exercise.

i feel the sweat. hmm

  my diet for today, Tuesday, 7 September was... (Satisfactory)
  Breakfast rice + giniling + coffee (yum yum)
  Lunch siopao + pineapple juice
  Snack bread with mayo
  Dinner water
  Glasses of water 6

happy sunday

i went to bed early last night. how did it happened? i was tired. i went out to buy grocery for this week. then because its quite heavy, as i arrived home and cleanse myself, after that was wheew, i ended up another  busy day. i need to rest so i set my mind to sleep.

luckily, i alarmed my fone around 450am. i need to adjust. i snooze it for a little while then i get out of bed in few minutes. i need to sacrifice on this. after all, soon i will get use to it.

had a wonderful time in the afternoon. i played hip hop abs - fat burning which targets hips, buns and thighs. i hope i will be very patient on this.

  Breakfast rice + hipon with sitaw and togue
  Lunch rice little with same ulam
  Dinner cucumber or popcorn

no more saturday offs - new life...hmm

i am used to have 2 days off before. but since im working for a different company now, they got there own policy which every employee should abide. and i am one of them, waking up everyday at 5 in the morning. even its the holy month of ramadan, no excuses. anyway, i want to make myself busy and early bird, so here it is. i feel blessed for i have a stable work. thanks God.

this morning, the driver was waiting for me. i was few minutes late.

i tried to sleep early before this day ended.
