since it is the start of the year 2011, maybe i can try doing something different for myself.
i have been seeking something to make sure i will be in control of my weight. i tried walking and jogging. but sometimes i feel lazy doing it.
so i had this thought of why not trying a different method, for a change.
they said yoga is an art of breathing. and i am interested in it.
there are more benefits that i believe will help me personally.
ill give it a shot after office.
