i went to bed early last night. how did it happened? i was tired. i went out to buy grocery for this week. then because its quite heavy, as i arrived home and cleanse myself, after that was wheew, i ended up another busy day. i need to rest so i set my mind to sleep.
luckily, i alarmed my fone around 450am. i need to adjust. i snooze it for a little while then i get out of bed in few minutes. i need to sacrifice on this. after all, soon i will get use to it.
had a wonderful time in the afternoon. i played hip hop abs - fat burning which targets hips, buns and thighs. i hope i will be very patient on this.
