how are you doin?
its the start of the new year and well, i am feeling excited.
the previous weeks was all about eating.
there are times i am conscious of my food intake and most of the moments i ignore it.
then i checked the scale last night and i discovered something negative.
i did gain ! and i am not liking it.
i know that i am responsible for everything. i want to blame myself but i know its not yet late.
maybe i should change my lifestyle slowly.
its because everyday, i go home . eat, clean myself then go to bed.
really i dont choose to burn like what i always plan.
i really hate to be like this. i want to maintain my weight. i know i can,but the question is when.hmmmmmmmm.....
