i saw a video in youtube about walking... we can do it in our own house, or in our kitchen like the host of Jason Fit Kitchen. It's fun and very easy to follow.

week 3:fruits and vegetables

It is not hard to follow the week 3, just plan it
TIPS:
- Think of your favorite fruits and vegetables.
- Choose fruits which is in season, so it is more cheaper.
- Try to buy in Divisoria instead in a grocery.
- Fruit trees from our backyard or from our friends and relatives, and you can get it for free!

week 1...almost over!

well... drinking water is not been a problem to me since i'm doing it for about 3 months and avoiding softdrinks. I am also drinking green tea every weekend or whenever i am at home and no work as part of cleansing my digestive system. But i am not losing weight. Mybe i have to follow the week 2 program.
Since i am new here in Belletoday website, i didn't know there's an article tab that will help me in my program. Now i know. I am really impressed in this website.
