 week 1...almost over!

well... drinking water is not been a problem to me since i'm doing it for about 3 months and avoiding softdrinks. I am also drinking green tea every weekend or whenever i am at home and no work as part of cleansing my digestive system. But i am not losing weight. Mybe i have to follow the week 2 program.

Since i am new here in Belletoday website, i didn't know there's an article tab that will help me in my program. Now i know. I am really impressed in this website.
