 week 3:fruits and vegetables

It is not hard to follow the week 3, just plan it

TIPS:


  • Think of your favorite fruits and vegetables.
  • Choose fruits which is in season, so it is more cheaper.
  • Try to buy in Divisoria instead in a grocery.
  • Fruit trees from our backyard or from our friends and relatives, and you can get it for free!

Great tips! I don't like *all* fruits and vegetables, so I just focus on eating my favorites as well.
